When you schedule a visit, a service call fee applies for the initial diagnosis. Full payment, including labor, parts, and applicable taxes, is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept all major credit cards and standard digital payment methods. Renova provides a limited warranty on our labor and any parts we supply; however, we cannot offer warranties on customer-provided parts or pre-existing appliance issues. To provide the best service, we require customers to ensure clear access to the unit, provide accurate brand information, and maintain a safe environment. An adult must be present during the entire service appointment. We ask for prompt notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid missed appointment fees.
